This is the second phase of this sale. In this phase I will be selling everything that is left in the way of furniture and smalls on Tuesday then I will be selling everything ATTACHED to the home starting on Wednesday and ending Thursday. By attached I mean the brand new kitchen cabinets, the brand new kitchen sink, the brand new air handler and central air conditioner, the brand new doors, the brand new water heater and on and on. The house is to be bulldozed so the owner wants me to sell EVERYTHING. YOU MUST REMOVE THOSE ITEMS YOURSELF. Prices are as follows. Central air conditioner AND airhandler $50.00 YOU MUST REMOVE IT FROM THE HOUSE YOURSELF. Kitchen cabinets $20.00 EACH. You must remove them yourself. Kitchen sink $20.00 you must remove it yourself. Doors $20.00 each you remove them.  Ceiling fans $20.00 each you remove, Ceiling light fixtures $10.00 you remove. I will post pictures tomorrow.

PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!. If you want the kitchen sink YOU MUST PAY ME BEFORE YOU REMOVE IT. If you damage it you still own it there will be no refunds. The prices are this low ONLY because YOU MUST DO THE WORK.  I am a Journeyman Electrician by trade and I will check EVERYTHING both while you are doing it and after you are done. If you are removing something electrical YOU MUST BRING WIRE NUTS AND ELECTRICAL TAPE or I will not allow you to purchase and remove it. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you want the Central Air Conditioning and the Air Handler YOU MUST PAY ME FOR IT BEFORE YOU REMOVE IT. If you damage it there are no refunds. 

IF YOU ARE REMOVING SOMETHING THAT IS ELECTRICAL YOU MUST HAVE WIRENUTS AND ELECTRICAL TAPE TO ENSURE THERE WILL BE NO ELECTRICAL SHORTS OR FIRES. NO EXCEPTIONS. THE POWER WILL NOT BE TURNED OFF. THE PEOPLE REMOVING THE SINK AND THE KITCHEN CABINETS NEED LIGHT. YOU MUST DO THIS LIVE WIRE. There are no exceptions.
