We accept cash and Venmo, PayPal and major credit cards for purchase over $40. Credit card purchases under $40 will be accessed a $5 processing fee.

We are not liable for any injuries while on property.

Provide your own tools, boxes, and packing materials for fragile items. We have a very limited supply on hand.

Bring your own labor to facilitate safe removal of your purchases.

Ask Me Concierge LLC will not be liable for any damages created or incurred by you upon the pickup, handling, or transport of your item during or after purchase.

No holding of items. All purchases are to be picked up within 24 hours. No items may be removed until payment is made in full.

All buyers must have a paid receipt if coming back to pick up. If you are unable to pick up (or send a designate to pick up), you WILL be assessed a storage fee of $20.00/day
NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds will be issued if you fail to pickup or retrieve your items after end of sale.

Priced to sell. A significant amount of time has been spent to research competitive price for this area.
