Items that Heritage ships out of Alabama are not taxed in Alabama but may be in your home state. Out-of-state buyers that pick up at Heritage are still subject to sales tax.
• Removal/Pickup: Removal dates are Friday and Saturday, February 21st and 22nd, 9am-5pm (cst). NO ALTERNATIVE DATES/TIMES are available. All items are located at and must be picked up from 30 Hunter Dr, Trussville AL 35173. Each item left past this deadline will be considered abandoned and will be immediately resold with no notice or credit given to you.
• Forms of Payment: (A) Cash, Certified Funds, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Bidder waives their right to initiate a charge-back on his credit card for any reason. Due to higher occurrences of credit card fraud, purchases over $500 that need shipped will require copies of the Bidder's drivers license and credit card front and back before the item will be shipped. At the Auctioneers discretion, the item may be required to be mailed only to the verified address on the drivers license. Absolutely no international shipping. At the Auctioneers discretion, a different form of payment may be required. (B) notice of completed Wire Transfer must be received by Saturday 02/22/20 by 5pm (cst). Items held until wire is confirmed. (C) Personal/Company Checks ONLY with a verifiable Bank Letter of Guarantee. Letter must contain wording that your bank will "guarantee payment" of your check. This is not the same as a letter of available funds or of good standing. We will need to receive the letter during banking hours, when we can verify it through a publicly published number or your items will be held until the letter can be verified. If you cannot meets these requirements, please choose another form of payment. • ONLINE Buyer's Premium & Convenience Fee: For all ONLINE bidders, a 13% internet premium will be added to all items, with a 3% discount for cash, guaranteed check, wired or certified funds only (when received by 4pm cst Saturday 02/20/20). It is assumed that most internet bidders will be using their credit/debit card on file.
