1.All Sales are Final, items sold "as is, where is"
2.Every bid is final and irrevocable.
3.15% Buyers Premium
4.Payment in full is required on day of sale or at pick up before removing your items.
5.All items must be picked up on the day after the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
6.Any item left over 20 days will be sold at the auctioneers' convenience with no refund.
7.Auctioneer has the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He may also have the right to pass on any bid he feels is not in the best interest of his client.

If you plan to pay by cash please contact our office when you register so we can make that note, otherwise the card you registered with will be charged. All sales will be processed immediately after the sale and are final. Please note that if you do not give us your TAX ID information prior to the close of the sale, we will not refund the tax on that sale. .

Shipping
1WE WILL BE SHIPPED FROM THIS AUCTION. SMALLS only, iwe will not ship furniture or large items, those you must make arrangements to either have them pick up locally or ship them yourself. Otherwise LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.
2.Pick up dates for all online auctions is the day afterward between Noon - 7pm CST.
3.Pick up Dates For live auctions you can remove your items from the auction house the night of the sale and the day after from Noon - 2:30pm CST.

Tonto & Clark Antique and Collectable has been a long time staple of the Kaufman Community. The owner pass away and the wife decided to sell the building and the contents to the new owner. The building closed at the end of January and the new owner a long time businessman in Kaufman has hired us to sell the contents only. We are listing a partial catalog and will update it until auction time, check back often to see what we have added. The contents include Deisplay cases, collectables, tattoo paterners, tattoo chair, comics, custume jewelery, pottery, glassware, furniture, clocks, elvis, lots of japan orginial items, military itrems, tote sacks, advertixing, neon signs, tin signs, farm gates, property gates, old and antique furniture some needing repairs, radios, railroad laterns, ship laterns, vintage headlights for automobiles, harley davidson slot machine, alligator and snake skins, old video disc, advertising, framed artwork, antique kitchen items, childrens sewing machines, so much more. This is a partial catalog and we will be uploading often and until auction time which will be Feb. 22 at 7 am CST. Auction will end on Mar 6 at 7pm CST. Pick up will be March 7 & 8 only from10 am to 7pm CST. You will need tools if you buy lamps or signs as they are still attched to the building. You will need help in moving your tiems and boxes and all supplies that you may need to move your stuff. Hope you find something you cant live without!
