Buyers not known to the Sale Management must have bank letter of guarantee.
5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine total sales price. Credit cards will be accepted with a 3% convenience fee added to the total. 6% KY Sales Tax will apply unless proper Dealer tax number & exemption forms are provided. Settlement to consignors will be mailed within 14 business days. Announcements made Sale Day take precedence over advertising. Neither consignors nor agents will be responsible in case of accident, injury or theft. Buyer must assume immediate responsibility for any purchases. Consignment items may be delivered to the sale site from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday & Friday prior to sale day. PLEASE NOTE: No consignments will be accepted Saturday morning. No household items or junk consignment accepted. $25 additional fee for all titled vehicles.

 

Commission Structure: $0 - $450 -- 15 %, $451 and up – 10%, No Sale Fee $20
