This is a nice sale with the focus on quality gold jewelry pieces.  For Security Jewelry will not be onsite until morning of sale. There is very nice furniture, some antique (as always priced to sell). There is also lots of costume jewelry and collectables throughout. The estate owners had good taste in furniture and decor.  The Estate also has all the normal household items (kitchen, Linen – etc.)  Our Furniture prices will be much less than comparative items.  This is a complete house liquidation. Items will be priced to sell - I have been commissioned to empty the house and that is what I plan to do.
