The property is being sold "AS-IS". You are legally bound to your bid. High Bidder/Buyer is obligated to sign an Offer to Purchase within 24 hours of auction end. Closing to be on or before April 17, 2020.

This auction features an auto bid extend which lengthens the auction end time. When a bid is placed in the final two minutes or less of bidding, the auction bidding will automatically be extended from the time the bid was placed. i.e. if an auction is scheduled to close at noon, receives a bid at 11:59 the close time will automatically extend. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received. Any technical issues will be handled by the auction firm as they see fit and may extend bidding.
