 - All items will be priced for "cash & carry”

 -We accept Cash & Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied.

 -Absolutely NO PRESALES.  Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.

 -You May Line Up:

The sale will be split into TWO SALES with TWO PAY STATIONS. 

ENTRANCE 1:

**You may access the main floor of the home by lining up on the back porch.  This entrance will gain access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms and office. 

ENTRANCE 2:

**You may gain access to the basement by lining up at the garage.  The garage entrance will gain access to the two car garage, laundry room, tool room, storage rooms.

 -Absolutely NO HOLDS

 -WE DO NOT DISCLOSE PRICING PRIOR TO SALES.

 -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. By removing the tag, you are committing to buying that item.  We encourage you to bring SOLD TAGS. We are happy to assist you with large items.

-All Sales Are Final

-Holding area: We will provide a holding area.  If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area. We encourage you to shop with a friend and bring a box or bag to make your shopping experience easier if you choose to buy in bulk.
