TERMS/CONDITIONS: ID required for registration. Cash, Check or Credit Card w/valid ID. There is no onsite buyer’s premium unless you choose to pay with credit card. If you pay with credit card there will be a 3% fee for credit card but that would be waived for cash or check.
There are different terms for Online bidding. There will be a 5% buyer's premium for any on-line bidders. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied."

Load Out Schedule/Terms: First Federal would like to have the cars removed from the lot as quickly as possible.
The Vehicle must be payed for prior to removal of the vehicle, if you are paying with a check it will need to be cleared before they will be able to release title of that vehicle.

Titles: All of the titles are here except for 3 of the vehicles at the end of the sale lots 18,19 & 20 these vehicles will be sold contingent on a clear title for the vehicle. Keep in mind that it may take up to 30 days for the titles to come through. They are actively working on these titles and hope to have them available to you sooner. If First Federal is not able to come up with a clear title within 30 days following the auction the buyer will be released from the agreement to purchase the car but will retain the first opportunity to buy the vehicle if the title comes through at a later date.

Financing Terms: We would ask for a 10% non-refundable down payment on the day of the sale with balance due on or before Wednesday, March 4th at 4:00 PM No financing or other contingencies, vehicles sell “AS IS” any required inspections must be completed prior to bidding.
