Monday, Feb. 24 from Noon to 2 pm and Thursday, Feb 27 from 5 to 7pm
Pick up will be Saturday, Feb 29 from 9 to 2pm at 4383D Hunsberger Rd, Vint Hill Farms., Warrenton, VA. 20187

PAYMENTS: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard ONLY. On Saturday, Feb 29 your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchases, and email sent to you.

2. BIDDING ERRORS: Be aware that many bidders increase their own bid in error. If that happens immediately contact Shumate Auctions, 540-229-7063. Any changes to your bid must be made before the close of the auction, no changes after auction closes. Be advised to review your bid choices before completing the action.

3. STAGGERING CLOSE: This online auction will close multiple items per minute. If an item has active bidding when it comes up to close, that item will be skipped until there is no bidding for 3 minutes, then it will close.

5. SALES TAX: NO SALES TAX WILL BE COLLECTED. The Fauquier Family Shelter is exempt.

6. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100, at checkout you will be chared $115

8. SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer direct to the UPS Store, or other arrangments made by buyer. Shumate Auctions WILL NOT SHIP.
