- We are required to collect Florida Sales Tax
-Dealers please bring your tax exempt form. You can also email form to FlamboyanceEstateSales@gmail.com, we will keep on file.
-Pricing is FIRM the first day of the sale, but please don’t be afraid to make offers over high ticket items and bid when appropriate. 
-Removal of items; We do not lift, load or carry. We will do the best we can to help during the checkout process. Bring help and tools if needed.
-All items must be picked up one hour before the close of the last day of the sale, these arrangements must be made in advance.
-You are invited to this event at your on risk. All properties have uneven surfaces, the homeowner and Flamboyance Estate Sales Specialists, LLC and it’s agents are not responsible for any injuries of any kind occurring on or around the property.
-We reserve the right to refuse service.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items are sold “AS IS”, with no guarantee or warranty so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully.
-We reserve the right to limit the amount of customers into a home when necessary.
-Please do not remove tags from items, if the item is to big to bring up to the cashier table it will have a tear off section .. Please fill out the top and bring the bottom to the cashier or to a team member. You will then be provided with a hold tag.
-You are entering the sale knowing you may be recorded; security cameras may be recording you.
 -No Public Bathroom available during the course of our sale.
