Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away.

We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BriesLine.com and launches at 5:00 PM the evening prior to each day of the sale. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line.

If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office.

There are no more paper sign-up lists. Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com! Signups launch at 5:00 PM each evening before the day of the sale. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site.

We will be limiting the number of people in the home to 10 at one time. No children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use.

Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation!

This 1,200 square foot mid-century modern ranch home built in 1961 features an eclectic mix of furniture, home decor, collectibles, garage items and much more. There is also jewelry from the estate from fine to costume as well as men's jewelry. The family would like the home cleared out so everything must go!
