Sales Terms
Buyer Agreement:
BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ITEM IS SOLD TO THEM AS IS, WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS. THE CITY OF COLORADO SPRINGS/UTILITIES HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, DESIGN, CONDITION, CAPACITY, PERFORMANCE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF SAID ITEM. A PURCHASER OR DISAPPOINTED BUYER SHALL HAVE NO RECOURSE AGAINST COLORADO SPRINGS UTILITIES/CITY OF COLORADO SPRINGS, ANY OF ITS AGENCIES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.

Vehicles and Equipment:
WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE EMISSION TESTS. If you reside within a Colorado Emissions area, please do not purchase our vehicles.
Buyers are responsible for filing all Bill of Sale and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority.
If you are not picking the vehicle up in person, please contact us. A RELEASE FORM must be filled before the vehicle will be released.
TEST DRIVES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Inspection:
General condition and other available information regarding this item have been disclosed above. Any additional information would need to be obtained through buyer's personal inspection of the item.
Inspections are by appointment only and can be made by contacting Investment Recovery at (719) 668-7628 or investmentrecovery@csu.org.
ALL INSPECTIONS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
The City of Colorado Springs reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered.
