ITEM PREVIEW: Bidders will be able to inspect and view items on Saturday, March 21st from 8 AM - Noon at 301 Market Street, Berger, MO 63014. Other preview times available by appointment only.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31st, 2020. The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 30 seconds there after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up Thursday, April 2nd from 9 AM - 4 PM; Friday, April 3rd from 9 AM - 4 PM or Saturday, April 4th from 9 AM - 3 PM. Due to the Covid-19 situation all winning bidders must schedule a load out time with the auction company so we can avoid having more that one customer at a time in the building. Lot numbers 1, 2 and 22 must be picked up after April 6th by appointment to allow ample time for the rest of the items to be moved out of the way first. Lot number 1 and 2 will require the use of a profesional and insured rigging company to remove, please contact the auction company for the contact info of a local professional rigging company. Pick up location will be 301 Market Street, Berger, MO 63014. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD IF YOU BUY LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS! There are two loading docks available on site.

SHIPPING: Shipping is NOT available for this auction.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include:
-Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3% convenience fee). Credit or debit card transactions must be pre-approved prior to bidding on transactions of $2,000 or more.
-Check with proper ID. Checks over $2,000 must be pre-approved by auction company.
-Bank wire transfer
-Cash
-Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable.

No sales tax will be charged for this auction.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

The Auction Company reserves the right to privately disclose to other bidders who the competing or winning bidder is on a specific lot or lots if they request that information, but only after the auction has ended.

In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment and shipping by the end of the last pick up day the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Schneider Auctioneers, LLC.
