By bidding on any item, the bidder/buyer shows acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Do not bid unless you agree to all the terms and conditions below. It is the buyers responsibility to read all terms and conditions.
We do offer preview for all auctions and we do encourage bidders to inspect items before bidding. Previews can be done during our normal business hours before the closing of an auction. If the auction is off site, special preview times and dates will be posted for that auction. Double K Auctions, LLC. encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before placing any bids. All lots are sold "AS - IS, WHERE - IS" with all faults, imperfections and errors. Registration * Bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid on any items. *All information provided by buyer/bidder must be currant and up to date. * Double K Auctions LLC reserves the right to deactivate any bidder account at any time, or to restrict access to any feature of the auction site without penalty or notice. * We may use email advertising to notify customers about upcoming auctions or sales. Should you wish to remove yourself from our email list, please forward your request to us and you will be promptly removed from the list. Flushing Estate Online Auction March 30th - April 2nd
This estate auction is online only, items are located in FLUSHING.
Home is located off Morrish Road between Potter and River Road. All bidding will start online at 8:00 am Monday March 20th and will run till Thursday April 2nd with lots closing every 30 seconds.
All items are in good clean condition, smoke and pet free home. Please all dirty and muddy shoes must be removed for preview and pickups.
Preview will be Thursday April 2nd from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm only. Must call for address.
Pickup Times April 3rd Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm April 4th Saturday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Bidding starts at $5.00, 15% buyers premium will be added to all invoices.
Please note that this auction pickup is in FLUSHING. Limited parking so if you have bigger items and trailer will be involved, please call to make appointment.
