Post Covid Procedure:
1. Everyone MUST bring and wear a mask and practice social distancing both inside and outside the home. We will not allow anyone in the home without a mask.

2. We will have a sign-up sheet at the brick light in front of the house on Thursday night starting at 6:00pm and you can sign up anytime after that. Each person must sign their name and cell phone number on the sign-up sheet in order to come into the sale. In the morning before the sale opens, please wait in your cars. We will call you when it’s your turn to come into the sale. If you arrive after the doors open at 10:00, please text Ronnie at 516-428-3025 with all names and cell number to be added to the list. Please wait in your car after you sign up, we will call you in text order when it's your turn. There will be no lines allowed on the property.

3. We will be limiting the number of people allowed in the home at one time. Due to the limited amount of people and safety issues, we can not allow children into the sale at this time.
