Terms and Conditions:Any and all announcements that are made the day of sale will supersede any previously posted information. All sales are final and are being sold “As-Is, Where-Is”. All items must be paid in full the day of sale by CASH ONLY. The buyer of the storage unit will be responsible to remove all contents of the storage unit and leave the unit in an empty clean condition. All items must be removed from the premises within 3 hours of purchase or have a scheduled date for removal with Clemmer Moving & Storage within 1-week of sale. There will be a $50 cash deposit on each unit bought that will be returned upon total clean out of the unit.
