Our Preston Hollow sale was originally scheduled for March 12-14. We held the first day of the sale (March 12) and then suspended the sale to develop procedures for safely and responsibly conducting the sale given the coronavirus pandemic. We are re-opening the sale on Friday, March 20 and will be at 25% off when we open.  We will open Saturday at 50% off.  We are restricting the number of people in the house at one time, and are encouraging phone orders (phone number is 469-952-7132). 

We are making every item available at full price via phone purchase until 8pm Thursday night.  If you see something you want you can call us right now and buy that item over the phone! At 8pm Thursday night we will pull the items that have sold and open the sale at 9am Friday at 25% discount. 

Other important notes:​

• We will strictly limit the number of shoppers in the house to 10 at a time, with each customer having a specific amount of time to shop. The allotted shopping time may vary over the course of each sale depending on the number of people waiting, but it will be designed for each shopper to have ample time to browse.  We will manage a numbering system outside the front door allowing shoppers to hold their place in line while maintaining social distance guidelines.

• We encourage buying over the phone. We have more than 500 pictures posted and a number of the photos include detailed descriptions and prices of the items. Those items that do not have descriptions/prices are also available for sale via phone, and you can call for information on those items. All you need is a credit card to buy and we will pull the item from the sale.  All items are sold as-is and all sales are final.

• We have a dedicated employee receiving calls and texts for phone orders. If interested in purchasing an item at our Preston Hollow sale then call/text (469) 952-7132.
• Pick-ups for phone purchases can be made anytime during regular sale hours or on Sunday between 12pm and 2pm.
• We love our shoppers, but if you are sick please stay home, rest up, and shop online. Anyone who appears symptomatic will not be allowed into the sale.

This situation is continually changing, and we are proud to be doing our part to slow the spread of the virus. There is no question that this is a time of great uncertainty. While we don't know exactly what the future may hold, we feel confident that by supporting one another our estate sale community will emerge from this stronger than before.

We are in Preston Hollow this week with a household that includes terrific furniture and decor, figurines (Villeroy & Boch), Fitz & Floyd, Imperial glass, cranberry glass, and Wedgwood. Outdoor and garage items too! And the home is being completely rebuilt so this is a demolition sale!
