* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranted.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* 7% sales tax will be collected unless a valid sales tax id is on file with our office
* 15% Buyer's premium will be charged
* We accept visa, mastercard and discover. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED

Shipping:

At the conclusion of the auction, all credit cards will be charged for the amount due. If shipping is required, we will add a second charge to your account for the shipping fees.

All shipping for this auction will be completed in house. We will use the most economical shipping available which may include UPS, USPS, and or Fedex.

We have acquired a large amount of vintage auto parts from an estate that once owned a Western Auto Store. These parts have been in storage since the closing of the store. Please look at the pictures carefully and bid accordingly. We do not know if all the parts are there or if the parts work. Parts are for vehicles from the 20s to the 70s. It is highly advised to come to the preview sessions to review the parts. All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied.
