We have another clean beatuiful estate loaded with collectibles and 2,500 sq foot garage loaded. SALE DATES : Friday April 10, 2020 (10 am-3pm) & Saturday April 11, 2020 (9am-2pm)
Everything in this very clean Ijamsville Estate in the Urbana Area of Frederick County, Maryland will be sold. We will be adding many more photos as the sale week approaches so - check back! We will give out #s by approx. 8:00am day of sale for an nice orderly opening at 10am on Friday. Once you get a number you are free to leave and return a few minutes before 10 am for line-up. By approximately 11am - you will not need a number to shop - just come on in and shop for bargains.
Please bring help to haul large items - we cannot stop the sale to assist in loading.
We DO NOT GIVE OUT PRICES BEFORE SALE DAY - please do not call, just come to the sale! We also DO NOT PRE SELL, HOLD, OR SHIP any items you see in the sale ad photos - please do not ask. Again, JUST COME TO THE SALE - it's the only fair way to conduct a sale!
Be sure to ALLOW PLENTY OF TRAVEL & SHOPPING TIME. In some cases when we are very busy in a full house, we may even stop allowing folks into the house BEFORE stated closing time to insure we close on time – again – PLAY IT SAFE AND COME EARLY. Our great sales run TEN HOURS each weekend – that’s plenty of time to come do some shopping. We accept CASH, CREDIT & DEBIT – sorry no checks.

Other boring details for only you folks new to our sales: 6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - *Dealer/ Tax-Exempt purchases must be accompanied by your up to date MARYLAND ONLY Sales & Use Certificate unless you are already in our system. ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.
Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbor’s lawn with care. Early birds - please remember weekends are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
