The BROWN ESTATE SALE will be MAY 1st thru May 5th .  It will be both "by appointment" and "online estate sale" where prices will be posted and items can be picked up. Due to Coronavirus and social distancing, we will only take 5 people per hour.  Buyers will be able to call and purchase over the phone or text AFTER NOON ON THE HALF HOUR each day with our staff taking the earliest (Time) notification.

Gloves and hand sanitizer will be available inside.  Please wear masks if you feel more comfortable doing so.

The iconic Fondren area home of Iris and Army Brown has a sold pending and the family has chosen to hold an estate sale of its beautiful contents.. It is filled with beautiful antiques and Mississippi and European art, this collection of valuables and memorabilia was collected by the Brown family from the time it moved into the original home in 1948.  NOTE: NO EARLY SALES of any Contents!!!

Army Brown had three careers: professional musician, owner of Mississippi's largest music stores and then as a very successful real estate developer, the largest apartment developer in the state during the last quarter of the 20th century.

Both of service to the community, the Browns were known for their philanthropy and energy for nonprofit and community organizations. While Army Brown started the Jackson Symphony Orchestra, among others, Iris was devoted to the Mississippi Kidney Foundation.

Photos of the majority of the items are included.  Some incidental items may not be pictured.
