Description: All bidders need to be registered at least 2 hours prior to the auction time. Upon payment to Auction Company for the Wooden Salt Shed the buyer must provide a $5,000 deposit in addition to the total invoice for the purchase of the Wooden Salt Shed. Buyer must remove the Wooden Salt Shed from the location on or before May 15, 2020, and leave the land with no debris from the dismantling of the wooden salt shed. Buyer will receive full deposit back no later than May 20, 2020, if the building is removed and the site is free of debris. If building is not removed by May 15, 2020, and cleaned up from debris Dodge County reserves the right to keep the $5,000 deposit. Buyer or company removing building shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Dodge County as an additional insured for a minimum liability of $1 million, prior to commencing removal.
