We will sell tools, parts and cars until 4:00 this afternoon. Tomorrow the live Auction will start at 10:00am. We will start with the cars and then move into the 9,000 sq ft building to finish liquidating the contents. There will be a 10% buyers premium at the Auction only, there will be sales tax charged at the auction unless you have a sales tax exempt certificate. The BIGGEST EVER... People have said this before, but no Estate Sale has ever been like this. A little background on why this is so amazing. This property is on 19 + acres. The new owner is busy turning the property into a storage unit facility. When buying the property from the original elderly man, he had to take EVERYTHING on the property to buy the land. He is a business man, but no sentimental attachment to the items. We have been working non stop to get the engines running on many of the cars, also the massive building in the back has tons of items that are all tested and ready to go. I am not going to try to list everything right now. The best I can do is to show some preview pictures. There are also all of the furniture and items from the home on the property for sale. This will look random, but these pictures are a small percentage of what we have for sale. Here we go, I will add new pics in the coming weeks. We are still finding motors, transmissions (4 Flathead engines, Ford antique engine 4 cyl, Mustang engine & Transmission, 4 post lift NEW IN CRATE and on and on) This Estate Sale will start on a Wednesday March 18, 19, 20th and a LIVE liquidation auction on the 21st. Attached are some of eventually 1,000 pictures or more. Remember... You will have a chance to view and or buy all of these items starting Wednesday March 18th, 19th & 20th. The LIVE AUCTION on Saturday the 21st to liquidate everything else
