 COVID-19 AUCTION PICKUP UPDATE

 
Update to our statement yesterday which is on our website http://www.tpauctions.com/.
 
The following auction pickup changes are now in effect:
 

1. We will hold your items up to one month as long as you:

1. Pay for your items online.
2. Email us of your intent.

2. You can still pickup as normal after the auctions under the following guidelines:

1. Please wait at the rollup door for us to bring your items. 
2. If you desire, we will bring to your car. Please let us know you are here by calling 916 380 0388 when you arrive.
3. If rollup door is closed, please knock on office door and we will open rollup door. 
4. One person at the time. If someone is at the door picking up, please wait at a distance until they are done.

3. We will take your items to the UPS Store so they can be shipped to you. The UPS Store will contact you with pricing. We usually take items to them on Friday after the auction ends. Please email us and let us know you would like items shipped.

 COVID-19 Statement
 
 Dear valued bidders and consignors of TP Auctions,
 
We here at TP Auctions value you as our customers and will do everything in our
power to help you through this pandemic event.
 
TP Auctions will continue to operate and run auctions during this challenging time.
We have looked at the guidelines proposed by the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention and determined our type of business is one of the safest ways to buy and
sell items during this time . The items we list for auction are last handled by us at
least five days before pickup. We are changing our pickup options to assist you to
pick up the items you purchase in multiple ways.
 
* First, we will establish a pickup table/processing counter at the entrance
of our warehouse to keep you in the open air and at the lowest risk of
exposure. We will limit the number of people in this area at any given
time based on CDC recommendations. We ask that you respect the
personal space of those picking up or inspecting items maintaining open
space while waiting or staying in your car until others have been served.
If you want us to bring items to you while you wait in your car we will try
to accommodate your desires depending on the size and number of items.
 
* Second, we will be using gloves to handle the items you have purchased
during your pickup events and interactions with us.
 
* Third, we will accommodate your schedule by continuing regular
pickups on Wednesday and Fridays with additional hours adding 2
additional hours making our pickup times extended to 6 pm.
 
• Fourth, Pickup appointments -- if you call us and set up a pickup
appointment that works with our schedule on any day except Sunday
we will pull your items and have them ready for you. We are usually at
the warehouse most days working on auctions.
 
• Fifth, Inspection of items by appointment—We will continue to assist
our bidders with viewing of items prior to the auctions when you are
interested in doing so. If you want to handle an item you will need to
wear gloves or allow us to bring the item to you for a visual inspection.
We will also accept inspection appointments after 1:00 pm on any day but
Sunday as our schedule allows. Inspections without an appointment will
always be allowed on Wednesday and Friday.
