STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:37PM on Wednesday, April 29th. The closing time of a lot will be automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes on the lot's timer and will continue to do so until the timer runs out. In order to combat the spread of COVID-19 and abide by CDC recommendations, our office will be switching to scheduled load-out appointments until further notice. The CDC recommends no more than 10 people congregate at one time, so with our staff present, we are only able to see a limited number of winning bidders per hour. We will be sending out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction is over. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 16513 Cornerstone Drive; Belton Missouri by appointment only during the published load out times. Load Out will be held on Thursday, April 30th from 1 pm to 5 pm, Friday, May 1st from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday, May 2nd from 9 am to 5 pm by scheduled appointment only. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment.
