Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
Full settlement is the due day of the sale, unless prior arrangements have been made with Bunch Auction & Realty. Acceptable methods of payment are: Wire Transfer, Cash, Cashier/Certified Check or Personal Check w/bank letter made out to Bunch Auction and dated for March 28th 2020. Checks/Wire transfers must be pre-approved by Bunch Auction & Realty LLC. Wire Transfer fees, Courier or Bank fees are the responsibility of the buyer and shall be paid by the buyer.
There will be a 3% Buyers Premium added to all purchases.

Buyers shall have until April 4th to remove their property or it shall be moved from property. Any fees associated with removal and storage fees Will be the responsibility of the buyer.
