Steinway Grand Piano, Model B in Ebony Finish (purchased new in 1997 for $43,000 from Steinway of Dallas) has been lovingly cared for and tuned every year. We’ve had moving estimates within 30 miles of the estate location of around $400 only! Now, you will need to confirm exact costs (moving is winning bidders expense) based on where the piano is being moved to yourselves. This is VERY important for you to remember as we will NOT offer any refunds if you are unable to meet the pickup day and time you are given. After the auction closes, winning bidders will be invoiced within 24hours and an email sent with pickup information. -Professional movers will be moving all items out of the house and delivering to your vehicle.The movers will NOT be providing blankets, wrapping, tie-downs or other means of protecting or securing your auction items. You will be responsible for securing and protecting your items once the movers bring them to you. You will need to bring the necessary help to load and secure the items into your vehicle/truck/trailer. The great thing about this is the movers are bringing the items down the stairs and to you! -We will coordinate drive-up times for you to have the movers deliver items to your car/truck/trailer. The location will be shared after the close of the auction and you have paid for your winning lots. At no time will anyone be allowed inside the home (except the professional movers). SHIPPING is only available for SMALL items that will fit inside a USPS FLAT RATE BOX. There will be a $10 handling fee plus the cost of the flat rate shipping costs, per box. If the item is too large to fit inside a USPS FLAT RATE BOX, then it will need to be curb-side delivered by the movers. All items will be mailed out within 5 days of the noted pickup date. If you are the winning bidder for an item too large to fit into a USPS FLAT RATE BOX, there will be no shipping. If you fail to pickup item or items on the required pickup date, you will forfeit the item and no refunds will be offered.
