This auction is online only and will be held from April 15th - 19th, 2020.
Payment will be made by check, cash, or credit/debit card to Galveston County Fair and Rodeo. There will be a 3% processing fee charged for all credit/debit card purchases. Heifers must be paid for no later than 10 business days following the close of auction and prior to taking possession. Bidding on Pens of 3 is times the money so the final amount due would be the high bid multiplied times 3. Any heifers not paid for by the 10th business day following the close of the auction will be considered abandoned. Upon payment, Galveston County Fair and Rodeo will make arrangements with the buyer to transfer possession of the heifer(s). Shipping is available. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the livestock purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All livestock sold on "as is where is" basis. Due to the current COVID-19 conditions, in person inspection of the heifers is not possible. A N B Auctions will attempt to describe the heifers as accurate and to the best of our ability as possible however, it is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. In no event shall A N B Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
