REGISTRATION A valid credit card is required in order to confirm bidders identity and will remain on file.

BUYER PREMIUM 18% Buyer Premium applies to any purchases made via the online bidding platform.

SALES TAX Sales Tax applies at this auction. Bidders who furnish a properly completed Resale Certificate PRIOR to bidding and approved will be exempt from paying sales tax.

AS-IS, WHERE IS All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee. Please inspect all items carefully before bidding. There will be no re-bids or rebates after an item is sold. This catalog is presented strictly as a guide and is subject to errors and omissions.

Winning bidders will be notified of the exact address and pickuip times at the conclusion of the auction.

PICK UP : Please do not bid if you are unable to pickup your purchases in the specified time periods for each auction. Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be cancelled.

NOTE: All buyers with invoices over $200 must be prepared to show photo ID and the credit card used on file before items will be released. Please contact info@MountainAuction.com if you have questions about this.

Please come to the later time if you have multiple category time slots, but arrive with enough time to pack and move your items before the doors close.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL No returns or adjustments will be made after the auction. Bidders who elect to pay their balance by credit card understand and agree to relinquish any and all rights to charge backs.
All bids are binding, any bidders in default will be banned from future auctions and suit for damages will be initiated through NJ civil courts.

DISPUTES / DISCREPANCIES Record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer's responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question. Auctioneer records the sale by recorder. No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises.

LIABILITY All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller formal liability therefore. Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. Additional Terms of Sale may be announced by auctioneer on day of auction and a bid signifies acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
