On Premise Guarantee - All items sold under the on-premise guarantee at auction are guaranteed for their functionality only. This merchandise must be inspected prior to leaving the premises at pick-up. Once the merchandise has left the premises, the guarantee is null and void. Photos are sometimes samples, but are a fair representation of the items selling.

If you are a winner, the credit card used at registration will be charged the bid amount plus buyer's premium IMMEDIATELY following the auction close. PLEASE BE SURE FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE BIDDING! You will be emailed a paid invoice to print and take with you at pick up after you have scheduled a time. The warehouse supervisors direct number will be included in the paid invoice.

If payment is NOT received by the end of business the day following the auction close, all bids are cancelled and a relisting fee of 17.5% will be automatically charged to the card on file. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pay the relisting fee. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGEBACKS OR DISPUTES OF THIS CANCELLATION FEE.
