This estate sale is essential and so are we because it is directly related to a real estate transaction. Yes, we will have our essential letters posted. 

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:You will need to sit in your vehicle until you get a text message from us stating it is your time to enter the home. Once you enter the home you MUST wear your mask and keep at least 6 ft (or better) away from each other. Check out will be outside and we we will ask you to step away from your purchases while an associate will calculate them. We will still be taking payment in the form of cash, credit/debit card and personal checks. For the list and getting yourself on it: Text me your phone number starting at 10am Wednesday March 29th. (I will only accept phone numbers at that time and going forward.) The list will start as a first come first serve basis in the order I receive them. Please DO NOT camp out. You will be allowed to wait in your car starting on Friday morning at 9am until you get the text message from us stating it is time for you to enter the home. When you get the text message you must be in the home within 5 minutes of getting your text. If you are not there you will be skipped and we will move on to the next phone number. You will send your phone number to 301-535-1484 starting Wednesday at 10am. You will also be asked to sign a waiver for COVID-19 so if you do not want to sign it please do not come to the sale. You could get the virus anywhere and we are taking all the precautions to keep you safe. 

All vehicles need work and are being sold as is. Please take a moment to view the list and prices. We will be taking sealed bids on all vehicles. All vehicles will have a fair market value price but for those of you not wanting to pay our asking price you may put in a sealed bid. If nobody has paid our asking price come Sunday at 11am we will open all the sealed bids and sell it to the highest offer. 

Though I wont be able to see all your smiling faces (because you had better have them behind a mask) I can’t wait to see you all! WE MISS YOU ALL!!
