NO CHECKS....NO LARGE BAGS...No children under the age of 12....WHEN YOU PULL TAGS OR PUT ITEMS ON HOLD...YOU MUST PAY FOR THEM. YOU AT ANY TIME CANNOT RETURN TO STOCK . WHEN YOU TAKE ITEMS OUT OF CIRCULATION NO OTHER CLIENT CAN PURCHASE IT. IF YOU ARE JUST THINKING ABOUT BUYING IT, LEAVE IT WHERE IT SITS UNTIL YOU ARE SURE. PLEASE BRING BLANKETS AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR ON PICK-UPS....WE CAN PROVIDE A DELIVERY SERVICE..TREASUREMOVERS 832-640-8404. Please be advised on the second day the client of the sale can change the prices because they want to keep it and not let it go at a cheap price. We have no say when they do that on the second day. We have had clients that come to the sale to purchase items on the second day and see prices have been changed and get upset with us, believe me I don't want to drag it out any longer than necessary. Our objective is to sell all items and clear the house. This rarely happens and I apologize in advance. Please if you come to shop and see something you want but are not sure, please do not put on holding shelf . The holding shelf is for clients who definitely want the items. Please do not pull tags on furniture with the intentions of thinking about it while you are shopping and then decide not to purchase.

The governor of Texas has released estate sale companies to start conducting estate sales. We will limit  the number of people in the home. Please wear your mask . You must wear a mask to enter our facilities if you do not have a mask you can not come in.  no entrance no exceptions ! and try to distance yourself from other clients. We do not have the luxury of being 6-foot apart do the best you can. We are going to start at 50% off of everything in the house except for Sterling and some limited items in the curio cabinets. We have been down for 6 weeks I'm ready to go back to work can't wait to see everybody. We will have disinfectant for your hands. We all will be wearing masks I suggest that you wear Mask also and if you have gloves that would be great .
