Everyone must stand in line at the property, we do NOT do numbers. This home is packed with very nice things. Everything must go....
So Friday, we will be open from noon until 6pm and everything will be full price. If you don’t like our prices a bid box available, you can place a bid in our silent auction. At the end of each day we will look in our bid box.
On Saturday when we open everything will be half price all day,
Finally we will open on Sunday for one hour ONLY, and everything will be reduced 75%, and you can fill a shopping bag for $5.00.
Final pictures will be posted the week of the sale.
We will accept cash, and credit/debit cards with no up fee ($20 minimum on card purchases).
We will update our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/st.louisestatesales/ to notify everyone when we have uploaded final pictures.
