SOFT CLOSE = when time is winding down and someone bids the closing time on that lot will be extended by 5 minutes. This will continue until all bidding ceases.

PAYMENT
Invoices will be handled by the Byron FFA. Complete (full) payment due before student contact info is given out. There is 3% Credit card fee unless paying by cash or check. Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express accepted, Michigan checks only (no out-of-state checks), Cash (US Funds). All items sold "as is, where is."

Auction currency in USD. All winning bids will be forwarded to the Byron FFA for invoicing. Credit Card payments will be charged to the credit card on file at the Buyer's request. Receipt showing payment will be issued by the Byron FFA.

After much discussion, thought, and planning, Byron FFA members are proud to announce they want to continue our long standing tradition of offering 8 hours of member labor to the highest bidder in our annual Labor Auction. Obviously the format and terms will be different this year. Thanks to Tim Narhi Auctioneer and Associates, who have coordinated our sale for many, many, years, we are pleased to be able to offer student labor through an online auction format. As in the past buyers are bidding on 8 hours of student labor to help with yard work, gardening, cleaning or maybe even child care once the stay at home order is lifted. As we always say at our live auction..."If you plan to use the 8 hours all in one day, we just ask that you provide your laborer with lunch...at least a little bread and water!" This sale has always been a great way to hire a young back and youthful energy to help out with a project around the house, while supporting the Byron FFA Chapter and all it's worthy undertakings for the membership. With the current Stay at Home order, we will extend the 1 year buyers have to call on their laborer so that the 1 year deadline for use does not begin until the Stay at Home order is lifted. Of course we hope you will keep our members health and safety first as you enlist safe work practices as well as social distancing guidelines that are in effect at the time of work. We are proud to announce that, like the old Baskin Robins commercial, we have "Thirty-One-derful" members that have volunteered their labor for this year's sale. We will also be continuing our Buy the Owl program where our advisor, Mr. Tate Forbush, will be "sold" through donations. We would like to thank our first donors to the Buy the Owl program for 2020 as Aldermans, Inc of Lennon and Van Agen Sod Farm of Bancroft have already contributed toward the purchase of the advisor through the Buy the Owl program.
