ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS! 4. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS". 5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc. ANY damage that we notice is on the sales tag. Terms and Conditions: 6. You MUST bring help to load large items. Join us for 2 fabulous sales in St Ives CC! Please enter through main entrance located off Medlock Bridge Road Please obey ALL traffic signs and speeds! Security WILL ticket you! You MUST RSVP for entry into the neighborhood! If you are not on the list, they WILL NOT let you in. We have 200 spots per day. You must RSVP by Monday, May 25 by 3:00pm for entry on Thursday. RSVP by 3:00pm Thursday, May 28 for Friday entry. RSVP by 3:00pm Friday, May 29 for Saturday entry.
