IMPORTANT! As I write this memo, I want everyone to read it very carefully. Currently the Auction in O’Fallon is still on. Everyone MUST wear a mask! Everyone MUST practice social distancing.
Preview will be from 8 a.m. till 10 a.m. We will limit the number of people entering the condo. Once you have previewed, you need to return to your vehicle till the Auction begin. If you are not interested in buying something in a particular room….stay out! This condo closes on 5/20. If this were not the case, we would not be holding the Auction at this time. If you are NOT feeling well, stay home! If you are running a fever, stay far away from everyone! Recently we have come through a very trying time. One of the worst times in my 79 years with the “social distancing” and the “stay at home orders”. I want everyone to consider attending an Auction a privilege. Auction starts promptly at 10 a.m. We accept cash, debit/credit cards with no upcharge. NO buyers premium! Bring help to move heavy objects.
