Hello! And welcome to another dazzling Gold Coast estate sale! This week we are fortunate to have the opportunity to hold a sale in the city of Bixby Knolls.

What an amazing house, it has been simply a treat to help reduce the contents of this beautiful 4 bedroom 2,611 sqft home. The taste and condition is impeccable, the contents are astounding, and the vibe and feeling is that of warmth and home.

The furniture you will find in this house is practically all in amazing show-room condition, everything has been very well taken care of or hardly used at all, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Also, the pots and plants in the backyard are almost all for sale save for three (3) pots. We have tried hard not to feature them in any pictures or video but they may still be slightly visible, just know that a majority of the pots and plants are for sale. Also, the large stone table and chairs that go around it in the backyard is NOT FOR SALE.

Lastly, the clothing and shoes at this house should not be missed. All men's clothing all practically new, from jeans to boots shoes and suits, from fashionable to dress to active. Brands like Cole Haan, Jordan, Calvin Klein, ECCO, Banana Republic, Nike, Under Armor, Allsaints Spitalfields, Levi, Volcom, Hurley, Burberry and more! And yes that is a vintage Shelby Cobra Ford jacket and a Scuderia Ferrari jacket.

Starting in the living room we are greeted by a loving set of furniture. An impressive wood coffee table that opens up on one side, a lovely large faux leather couch, a vintage wooden side table, two vintage bucket seat chairs, a wooden sofa table with lamps, an antique China hutch, as well as a smaller more stylish faux leather couch. In here you will also find several large art pieces, a beautiful tall lamp, a Casio CDP-200R 88-key hammer action keyboard with bench, an original oil painting of fruit by GUSINI, some candles and decorations, and large excellent-condition ottoman bench. 

Looking over some of our smaller and desirable pieces you'll see a great collection of watches by Skagen, Adidas, Kenneth Cole, Columbia, Seiko, IEKE, Timex, Nautica, and Casio. A Revell model Blue Angels F-18 Hornet, an amazing photo album with vintage black and white pictures of China, a Panasonic SDR-H80 handheld video camera, a pair of Ran-Ban Round Flek sunglasses with case, a vintage Pyrene Fire Extinguisher, a Canon camera and more!

Moving into the dining first find a beautiful dining room table, simple and wonderfully designed, complete with four wicker-backed chairs. You will also find a modern wooden buffet designed by Heritage, an incredible piece in great condition. Also, a pair of Apple vintage folding chairs, four great modern faux leather chairs, a neat multi-color drawer pull cabinet, some beautiful artwork, decorations and candles, some small sculptures, a mid-century metal wall piece and so much else!

In the kitchen you first see a set of tall kitchen bar chairs, excellent condition. Also, many many many wine glasses. Red wine, white wine, martini, champagne, port cordials and sherry glasses; beautiful pieces at incredible prices. You'll also see an extensive collection of cooking and baking dishes, tray, mixing bowls, some Pyrex, serving trays and bowls, a set of Descoware cooking pots, a Crock-Pot, rice maker, wooden bowls, ceramic pitchers, pots and pans and lids, a collection of silverware and knives, and much more fun cooking items.

Now moving into the backyard. First I must remind that almost all of the potted plants are for sale save for three that are hardly pictured. Also the large stone table and chairs that go around it in the backyard are not for sale. Besides those, the potted plants are beautiful, everywhere from large to small and in minimalistic style. Some have succulents, some have roses, some have trees, and some have plants that we don't know because we've never taken the time to learn much about plants. There is also a cute wooden bench and an outdoor furniture set by Smith & Hawken. Also outside is some great metal wall art, a rollable ice cart with bottle opener, beautiful thatched folding furniture, a stone bench, basketball hoop, a tall portable propane heater (we think it may be broken), and yes... a large plastic cutout of a bear.

Moving into the garage we have a selection of tools anywhere from New to slightly used. Handtools, gardening tools and a set of PROTO wrenches. There are also some great outdoor chairs, a set of table and chairs where the chairs tuck into the table, a Pro-Form stationary bicycle, lots of Christmas decorations and large Christmas tree, some Lionel train sets, Halloween decorations, some Boogie boards, desk, fan, tiki torches and cleaning supplies.

Once in the backhouse we find a lovely queen size bed frame, faux leather chair, some wall art, another great selection of chairs, more Halloween decorations, some men's clothing, hanging mirrors, lamps, some crafting material as well as that Shelby Cobra jacket.

Heading back inside the house we find a large U-Shaped couch in the den, the pull-out mattress has been removed but it is still a wonderful couch. We also find a collection of books in here, a large coffee table/ottoman, and a Samsung TV. In the hallway are some very interesting Buddha carvings and more beautiful art.

Once in the kid's room we see two twin-sized beds with frames, lots of children's toys and children's book, a good collection of LEGO toys and sets, some Star Wars toys, DVD's, an Angels Baseball Bat signed by Zack Cozart, more clothing and shoes including a pair of Air Jordans, backpacks, stuffed animals, board games and puzzles and a children's astronaut costume.

In the office, there is a large office desk, wooden storage cabinet, another beautiful faux leather chair, some computer equipment, office supplies, computer screen, lovely wooden storage chest, lots of men's clothes and shoes, and a tall wall mirror. We also have a Honoré Daumier engraving, signed by the artist on the front and back, we believe it to be an original but more research will have to be done. 

Lastly, in the back master bedroom there is a great queen-size bed frame with large headboard, two great wooden side tables, a selection of men's clothing and shoes, a lovely wooden desk, ties, bags, lamps and so much more!
