Updated Guest Shopping Policy:

The Cheek Houses has temporarily updated our estate sale shopping policy. This change is for your safety and the safety of our employees, and to further assist with our social distancing efforts. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Face Covering Requirements:

To protect our guests and employees, effective immediately, ALL EMPLOYEES & GUEST MUST wear a face covering that covers their mouth and nose at all times while on property. This requirement does not apply to children under the age of 2 or to individuals who are unable to wear a face-covering due to a medical condition.

The use of a face-covering should NOT be seen as a substitute for social distancing. Please continue to observe rules regarding appropriate distancing while attending the estate sale. 

Failing to follow these requirements will result in you being asked to leave. 

Social Distancing:

The Cheek Houses is following CDC recommendations to minimize risk to our customers and our employees. We respectfully ask our guest to use social distancing guidelines while shopping by allowing at least 6 feet of space between each person when possible.  

Per requirements put forth by the state of Florida, we are limiting the number of guests to 25% of capacity under roof. You may be asked to wait until customers have left before others may enter.

There is so much to see you could take all day to see it!! Come early; this will be a busy estate sale.
