Personal Bio's & History :

Debra L. Olcese

Perfecto Staffing-2005-Present

Debra started Perfecto Staffing in 2005. She has since continued in developing the growth of the company through sales efforts along with management of the company. She works in every aspect of the staffing industry.

She is also on the Board of Directors for California Staffing Professional is co-chair of the Los Angeles Chapter along with being Treasurer.

CalProtection-1991-2011

Debra worked as a Sales Engineer for a fire/life safety company. Debra sold/engineered complicated Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Systems to High-Rise Buildings, Shopping Malls, Stadiums, and large complexes throughout Southern California. She also worked with the Building and Safety and Fire Departments of the cities throughout Southern California. She was on many boards with the codes and regulations for the cities throughout Los Angeles.

She was integrally involved in developing many networking groups and was on the board of directors for the Building Owners and Managers Association for over 20 years.

                                                        

                                  Deborah Shapiro

She has been in the staffing industry since 1982… by mistake. As a freelance bookkeeper, she helped an independent company join a franchised, national company. The independent company was in the midsts of financial woes and the bank said that if they let Deborah Shapiro take over the books and steer them as she had been doing, they would be able to avoid disaster. Hence, her foray into the exciting staffing world!

Their Beverly Hills branch was ranked #1 for more than 10 years in a row. She was hooked in the industry. They expanded to three (3) offices and were very successful.

After leaving the national company in 2005, she founded Perfecto Staffing with Debi Olcese. At that time, Deborah discovered California Staffing Professionals and has been an active member since 2005. She has held officer titles the last 3 years and plans to stay active as long as CSP lets her. She earned her C.A.C. designation in 2006 and Certified Staffing Professional designation in 2007. Aside from her love of the staffing industry, she cherishes the people that she connects with in this industry.

Born in Connecticut, raised in Upstate New York, went to college in Long Island, NY, Deborah moved to California in 1979 and has not regretted one moment, except for the distance of her family. Perfecto Staffing has been very active in the community, receiving acknowledgements from many charity organizations. Deborah recently was honored with 2009 Los Angeles Staffing Professional from CSP and went on to earn the State Staffing Professional for 2009. 

Now its' time to move on to the desert of Palm Springs ! We enjoyed our life here at Lake Balboa and all the wonderful people who have become are good neighbors and lifelong friends !
