• Bids placed within the last 3 minutes will extend the auction so 3 minutes are added to the remaining time (refresh your screen often to see the most updated bid amount)
• If you have a basic plan on Storage Treasures your buyer's premium is 15%. If you are a Pro Member your buyer's premium is only 10%. Upgrade for only $10 and Save!
• In addition to the buyer premium, a 10% deposit of the sale price will be charged to the card on file.
• This is a Private Sale. Please contact the private seller directly to schedule an appointment to pick up the unit. Do NOT contact the storage facility.” This auction is solely between the Seller and Buyer. (The tables are not included in sale)

NOTICE TO BUYER:
1. DO NOT contact or disturb the Storage Facility management or staff. The Storage Facility does not have access to the Unit.
2. Buyer must meet the Private Seller OUTSIDE of the Storage Facility grounds to complete the payment of the cash invoice and verify Buyer’s ID matches the name on the invoice. The cleaning deposit will be immediately refunded to the Buyer once the unit is completely emptied and in broom swept condition.
