UPDATE FOR BUYERS

With the Coronavirus being of foremost consideration now, I’ve had to make changes to safely liquidate an estate, for Buyers, Ourselves and the Client. Although many of Arizona’s businesses are no longer under the Shelter in Place directive, most people recognize they need to follow safety protocol when they do venture out. I am also aware that the loss of income for many can make it more challenging to purchase quality items in gently used condition at affordable prices.

 

That said, our objective is to safely liquidate inventory at a fair price that gives buyers the justification to fulfill their home furnishing and personal needs. I’ve made changes in our process to provide for those needs, as follows:

 

BUY IT NOW/MAKE AN OFFER ONLINE ESTATE SALE

HOW IT WORKS – Instead of the traditional open-house estate sale for the past few months I’ve been doing online sales only in the following manner. It’s called BUY IT NOW/MAKE AN OFFER Online Estate Sale. Everything for sale is clean and clearly photographed. Any marring is also noted if it’s beyond the normal gently used condition. A description of the item, dimensions (so you’ll know whether it will fit your space) and BUY IT NOW (BIN) price are noted. The photos can be enlarged for easier viewing by clicking on the photo.

 

PROMOTION/ADVERTISING – When we plan on running a sale, photos, descriptions, etc. are posted on our website,https://www.azestatesales.net/saledays.html as well as numerous estate sale websites like www.estatesale.com and others, plus social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GoogleMyBusiness, etc. Followers on our email list will continue automatically receiving notification of upcoming sales.

BUYING – Click the SUBMISSION FORM button below.

 

  • Fill in the requested Personal Information.
  • Fill in the Item Description.
    • Type BUY in the BUY IT NOW column to purchase at full price. If you are the first BIN bidder for that item, it is marked sold and I’ll contact you to get a credit card over the phone to hold it and set pickup time. You’ll be emailed a copy of your sales and credit/debit card receipts shortly after the card is processed.
    • To Make an Offer instead, in the MAKE AN OFFER column fill in the highest price you are willing to pay. At the end of the sale, May 21 at 6:00pmI'll contact you if nobody bought it at full price and you were the high bidder, get your credit card information, and set pickup time. You'll be emailed a copy of your sales and credit/debit card receipts shortly after the card is processed.

 

PICK UP – Pick up is by Appointment Only on Saturday and Sunday, May 23 & 24 from 11– 4pm each day (with expanded hours only if necessary), scheduled ½ hour apart. You will need to WEAR YOUR OWN MASK. Items other than furniture will have been brought out to the garage and set up in purchased groupings so buyers, after showing us their receipts, can just take them and leave. We have a table in the driveway to make sure people clean their hands with sanitizer provided before picking up their items. For those picking up large furniture, you and your helper will be permitted extra time. If you’re hiring a mover, I can make arrangements with them directly for pickup Monday. There will be no staff to help you load up.

 

That’s our new basic Estate Sale Online process. It’s been successful for us and the feedback has been quite positive. I’m still tweaking logistics and will take your suggestions under advisement.
