All purchases must be settled in full at end of sale by cash, cashier's check, debit or credit cards. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. NO AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCEPTED. ?

OWNER WLL MAKE NO EXCEPTION TO THE ABOVE.

All sales are subject to state and local sales tax laws.

1. All bidders are required to register prior to the auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, OR BIDDERS
2. At the time of sale, the buyer's number and price of item sold is announced by the auctioneer. No changes in price or quanity can be made by anyone but the auctioneer, and at that time only. In any dispute over price, quanity or between bidders, the auctioneer reserves the right to settle any and all such disputes and his decision shall be final.
3. Announcements made by the auctioneer on the day of the sale take precedence over any printed matter pertaining to his auction.
4. Representation of the owner will advise, TO THE BEST OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE, as to the condition of the equipment when requested to do so. All descriptions of items in this sale are believed to be correct but no warranty as such is either intended or implied. Bidders are responsible for closely checking each item. Purchasers must understand that he or she is buying the property entirely upon his or her own examination or opinion.
5. EACH LOT IS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS THEREIN. The item purchased immediately becomes the responsibility of the purchaser at the time it is declared sold by the auctioneer.
6. Buyer's premium is 10% when announced on sale day.
7.When using credit card there will be an additional 0% added to your total for credit card fee.
8. Removal of items will only be allowed once you have settled your balance with cashier and you have received a paid in full receipt.
9. Any announcements made on sale day will supercede any and all previous terms and conditions.
10. All items must be removed at your time scheduled. If any items are left you will be charged a five dollar per day storage for up to 7 days then items will become property of said auction company.
11. Buyers must remove all items that they purchase, if any said items are left behind you will be charged a disposal fee. The fee will be charged to your Credit Card in additon to any daily storage fees. If Credit card is declined you will not be allowed to bid on any items until payment is settled.
12. Disposal fee. Said auction company will hire a licensed and bonded company to dispose of items. You will be chaged their invoice plus 30% thirty percent.
PURCHASES BY DEALERS FOR RESALE: It will be necessary sale day to execute a Certificate of Resale for all purchases. This certificate must bear your sales tax permit number. Failure to furnish this information will require payment of sales tax on all purchases, NO EXECEPTION.
