Summer Estate Sale! –We are selling the contents of a 3 Bedroom home and musical instrument repair shop in Saugus, MA. Three generations of musicians have used this shop to repair and refurbish woodwind instruments with a machine and repair shop. The complete contents of the 3 bedroom house are also for sale including all the furniture, household, crystal, silver flatware, vintage garden and wrought iron, and a great collection of Christmas decorations including vintage colored trees! There is also a large jewelry cabinet full of costume jewelry and boxes of grandmother’s china and glass including Niipon, Carnival Glass, Shelley and more we haven’t unloaded yet. There are various woodwind instruments, harmonicas, vintage audio equipment, and some wonderful vintage sax stands. The shop is in the garage with athe Clausing 12"  atlas metal lathe, bench grinder, drill press, polishers, fabricators, vices, benches, cabinets, and hand tools. Everything is clean and ready to go in working order. There is even a 1958 Evinrude Outboard for sale along with vintage camp lanterns and more old stuff in the shed! The furniture includes a country settee, nice country style pine pedestal table with 6 chairs. The linen colored leather recliner has electric controls with a remote, and there are some nice antique pie crust and other side tables. There are vintage cedar chests, bedroom set, and a full jewelry armoire. The vintage garden furniture includes a nifty metal glider, a wrought iron settee, armchairs & matching table, and the coolest vintage beach chairs!. There are a few country styled chairs, bookcases, and tables as well. The smalls include a china cabinet full of glass and crystal including a hand blown German bowl with matching, cups, Candlewick, and other crystal. There is an old cuckoo and an oak school clock, boxes of vintage Xmas characters, figurines, and ornaments, vintage flute, clarinets, harmonicas, and jazz décor.  There is also a complete vintage stereo system with original manuals and vintage speakers.
