Due to the nature of the items in this auction all Bidders must be 21 years of age or older.

The credit card is used for registration and can be charged following the auction unless you specifically notify Moncavage Auctions or Searles Auction and Appraisal Services.

Payment in full is required before any lot can be removed from the premises.

Bring Photo ID at time of Pick-up.

Credit Card Payments can be made at time of Pick-Up noting that a 4% processing fee applies.

BUYERS PREMIUM of 5% IS CHARGED on all winning bids. Pennsylvania Sales Tax Charged on ALL Lots unless you have a current Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate on file. (REV-1220) Forms can be found at: https://www.revenue.pa.gov/formsandpublications/formsforbusiness/SUT/documents/rev-1220.pdf

NO WARRANITY: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS- IS , WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND The description of items appearing in the advertising prior to the auction are believed to be correct . Neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by the owner[or his agents or officers] or the Auctioneers [or his agents or officers] concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. It is the bidders responsibility to determine age, condition, genuineness, value and any other attributes of the property. Pictures are for reference only! Auctioneer or agents shall not be responsible for errors and omissions in the description of any item [s]. The auctioneer may attempt to describe the property in the advertisement, on the internet but makes no representations. Any item left behind after the specific date or dates will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited, unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements have been made prior. After a bidder has won the bid with his/ her high bid, they have become the new owners of the item.

Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the bidder or his/ her agent during pickup. Bidder also agrees to hold auctioneer [auctioneer agents] Seller, Consignor harmless from any personal injury to himself/ herself or agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises during pickup. Auctioneers will not provide shipping services, also auctioneer does not provide loading services during pickup. Buyers should make sure that they have help to load, and equipment to move heavy items [such as hand trucks, carts ect]. Auctioneer can obtain local UPS shipping center phone numbers for buyers. WINNING BIDDERS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR PICKUP AT APPOINTED TIMES. Moncavage Auction, SAAS (Auctioneers) are acting as sellers agents only.
