When you register to bid, you agree to abide by our terms. All bids you place are treated the same as if you were bidding at a live auction in our facility. All bids are final. All items are "sold as is where is" with no guarantees implied or expressed. All bids are final. We accept cash and payment by good check. When the auction is over, the winning bidder is responsible for their won bids. All items must be paid in full by 5:00 pm on pick up dates.

Pick ups dates for this auction are June 8 & 9th, 2020 from 11 am to 6 pm each day.

As a bidder you agree to pay a 15% buyers premium on each item plus sales tax will be collected at 7%. We will discount your purchases by 5% if paid by cash on the day of pick up only. Remember two day for pick ups are June 8 & 9th from 11 am to 6 pm EST at 308 E Main Street, Hogansville, GA. 30230. Failure to pick up your items and pay for them by 6:00 PM as specified will result in your credit card being charged and your items forfeited . Please do not bid if you cannot pay and pick up. If you have contracted with Van Byars Auction to deliver or ship, then special consideration is given and an agreement to this is understood.

Van Byars Auciton is providing internet only bidding for this auction. As with all technology, there may be a chance through no fault of Van Byars Auction that the software may malfunction. If this happens, you as a bidder agree to hold Van Byars Auction harmless or anyone else whose software is leased from.

Van Byars Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-consign items in ths auction.

An invoice to winning bidders follow the close of the online auction. Bidders agree to not initiate a chargeback on their credit card. We accept your bids in good faith and expect you the bidder to honor your bids.

Internet bidding is advanced at pre-set increments. There may be reserves placed on some items. If the reserve is not met, the item may be offered at a future auction.

Our online auctions are open to the public. Everyone is encouraged to register and bid, including staff, family and associates of Van Byars Auction.

When paying by check payment, please know your check is treated as cash. You must however present a valid picture ID and if you are unknown to us, we require a bank letter of credit up to your expected bid amount, on your bank's letterhead addressed to Van Byars Auction. NSF checks will be charged $35.00 and your check privileges will be suspended. Fradulent checks will be prosecuted. You agree to not Stop Payment on your check after you pick up your goods and understand that any such action by you wil be handled by the courts.

Shipping terms must be items of less than 50 pounds each. Shipping will be done for the exact amount of costs, plus $10.00 per item for packing and handling. Insurance will be at the cost of any item. Any damage to any item will be addressed with the shippng company and not Van Byars Auction.

We do not have storage space for items you do not pick up. Anything left after the pick up dates will be considered abandoned.
