Welcome to our LIVE/"The Grasons Way"  Vtg 50’s/60’s Grasons Integrity Estate Sale in the Beautiful City of Westminster. This is a VERY clean and beautiful home of the family we are holding this online only estate sale. Here is the way our online sales work:

1). Join us the day of the sale here below for our LIVE/ONLINE Virtual estate sale:

2). Once you have found us please LIKE, FOLLOW and turn on your notifications on the right hand side where the "..." (three dots are) to notify you once we go live as well as all future sales!!! Once you Like, follow us you will see exclusive sneak peaks of what's to come.

3). Once you know what LOT number you are interested in purchasing, type in the Lot number, price, and the word sold.

Example: Lot#1,$25,Sold

We will notify the winner of the lot as well as message them for contact number and email to process the invoice. If you do not receive a comment/message you did not win the lot, we go based off our live feed on our side on who comments first which is real time posts.

Remember to refresh your feed as we are running in from real time on our side. The first person to enter the lot number, the price, and sold wins the lot. We are fair and honest to the first person who enters it.

4). If we have passed a lot you are interested in or aren't sure if we have gone over the lot please PM us on the side or feel free to ask during the live feed and we will do our best to address all questions. For further details or pictures of certain items PM us on the side as well before or after the sale.

5). During the live feed we won't be able to pick up our phone due to it being live and ensuring all lots are shown.

6). Once the live feed is over please be patient as we will be organizing the invoices of who won.

7). Please do not forget to send us your first, last name, email, and phone number privately on the side once you have won a lot to send over your invoice.

Please make sure you pay your invoice within 30 minutes upon receiving it otherwise we will sell it to the next person interested.

8). Once your invoice is paid, we will send over a link via email to schedule a time slot where you can pick up your items curbside (Address and number to text are on the link, please pay attention to the scheduled time you choose.

9). All items are sold "AS-IS" so please inquire with any questions before purchasing. Look at all pictures to know what it is you are purchasing as we try to be detailed on condition as well as on our LIVE SALE.
