All items sold "as is" and all sales final. Cash and credit cards accepted. No returns, exchanges, refunds or warranties. "TRY before you buy policy!" Please be considerate to the people that live in the neighborhood. This is where they live. We are all just visitors here so be respectful. Please do not park in front of driveways , block driveways, or throw out your coffee cups in the road or leave in the home. Enter sale at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents. You are responsible for hauling your own purchased items off the property, as we will not be able to help with heavy lifting. All items must be removed within three days of purchase. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP FOR ANY LARGE ITEMS. |

We are starting this sale furniture only.. no rugs or smalls right now! We will continue to add as we move forward. PRICING WILL BE POSTED THIS WEEK! Because we have had many NO SHOWS we are asking you pay (or deposit) for desired item and once picked up you decide against buying it we will refund. Thanks for understanding. Please call or text for info and an appointment to pick up/no browsing. This is Phase 1 of many more treasures to come as we move along in the sale. All items are in very good condition and high quality. We will do our best to answer questions and will not set appointments unless you are 99% sure of the purchases. Online sales are a challenge and we are doing our best to assist all. We will be arranging appointments to purchase items. This is Phase 1/please do not ask about smalls at this point!
