Terms and Conditions:
*Payment must be made before any items are removed.
* If item remains unpaid for 5 days or if the item is not picked up 5 days from the auction end date, said item/s will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
*Seller(s) have right to reject final bid on their items; Sellers have the right to bid on their own Items; Auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) or Buyer(s).
* Approved Payment: USD, Check (in USD), and Credit Card (4% Charge) (in USD)
*All items sell AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. We always do our best to most accurately describe all items, however, we are not experts on everything. Assure you thoroughly review all images before placing a bid and call Gathman Auction Co. if you have additional questions.
*All sales are final.
*All photos are the property of Gathman Auction Company. Using our photos for any reason without our written permission is a copyright infringement.
*Shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
*Shipping: All items are shipped through USPS. Please note that shipping matches will require additional costs due to special postal requirements. Shipping cost will start at $10 for any item that is more than 12 inches or does not fit in a standard priority mail box. Shipping cost will increase by item(s) size and weight.

CHECKOUT: MONDAY, JUNE 1ST FROM 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm CDT at GATHMAN AUCTION COMPANY'S AUCTION HOUSE (306 W. MAIN ST., HAVANA, IL 62644). All items must be paid for and picked up by JUNE 1ST at 5:30 pm. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. Shipping arrangements also need to be made by JUNE 1ST at 5:30 pm. If you purchased large items, please make sure you bring someone to help you load. We are only able to remove the item(s) from the auction house to the sidewalk. Please assure you maintain 6 ft. distance at that time. Please also assure you are complying with all IL regulations regarding COVID-19 including wearing a facial mask that covers your nose and mouth.
