NOTE:  This sale will be conducted in the Via Verde neighborhood of San Dimas.  Due to recent limited lifting of business restrictions and ongoing health concerns, we will conduct our first estate sale during the coronavirus pandemic under the following conditions: 

• Sale will be conducted by appointment with a limit of ten people admitted into the home at any give time.   
• Requests for appointment must be made via email and you will receive confirmation via email.  If we cannot accommodate your time, we will send you alternative times for your consideration.  If you show up without an appointment, we will only allow entry if we have room and/or there are no-shows.  Our appointment email is: dbaiz@yahoo.com
• Mandatory that all guests/customers wear face masks (no t-shirts over face).  No one will be allowed entry without a mask.  Gloves are optional.
• Please observe all social distancing guidelines while shopping.
• If you arrive at your confirmed time and we are at capacity, we may ask that you wait a few minutes until current buyer(s) leave before we can allow entry.  If you arrive before your time and we have room, you will be admitted.  
• We have extended the days of this particular sale to accommodate everyone interested in attending. 
• Unfortunately, we must close promptly at 1:15 pm on each day of sale, so our last appointment time will be taken for 12:45pm.
• No signs will be posted during this sale, so you should GPS.
