As most of you know, we have been hosting online auctions throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We have our system down – following all the guidelines with quick and easy curbside/drive-up pick-ups. Note: You must sign-up for a 30-minute pick-up window from the link on your invoice.

We are excited to offer you such a wide variety of items and TOP QUALITY selection! Too many good things to name them all. With over 160 Lots, there is a treasure for everyone. Gorgeous oriental rugs, elegant black Baldwin Baby Grand Piano, Arhaus selection of contemporary furniture, great outdoor seating, and much more.

Auction ‘H’ will start closing on Thursday, June 4th at 7:00pm. Winning bidders will be invoiced electronically that evening, make payment from invoice, select a pickup time, then plan to pick-up items at the warehouse (1411 Delaware Avenue) on Saturday, June 6th. If you think you won items in this auction and do not see an invoice email from us on Thursday night, please go check your Junk email folder or sign onto the auction site, go to My Account, then Invoices to see your new invoice. Also, look for an important email from us Thursday night with all details on payment, pick-ups, delivery, shipping, alternate pick-up/fees etc. Note – we do not hold credit card information, so you must take action to pay your invoice.

COVID-19 Compliant Details:

1. No Preview – all Preview Events are cancelled until further notice. We hope that our descriptions and pictures are good enough to ensure confidence in bidding.
2. Scheduled Pick-up Times – on your electronic invoice there will be a link to select an open appointment time for pick-ups. Just select your time and show up within your window. We will give detailed pickup instructions in our email that will go out Thursday night. If you purchase a lot, consider signing up for 2 appointment times (Example: 11:00 and 11:30).
3. Affordable front door delivery option – just during this crisis, we have come up with a solution to get your items to you in the lowest-cost way possible. Follow these steps to use this option:

a)    Pay your invoice. Easiest - pay online through PayPal from your electronic invoice. Or you may call or text Lea your credit card info for Square processing, 859-608-1239 (number, expiration, code, billing zip code). We would prefer no cash or checks.

b)    Send email to LNugent@CaringTransitions.net. Let us know you want home delivery, give us your name as used in our auctions, confirm address, any instructions and cell phone. We will calculate your fee and text your amount due. Deliveries will start on Saturday afternoon.

c)    Fee. Base fee of $15 per location or $5/lot, whichever is higher + $2/mile from warehouse to your location. Add additional $5/lot for small furniture or $20/lot for larger lots needing 2 people to move. Mileage will be calculated using Google Maps from 1411 Delaware Avenue to your destination. Example Fee: 1 lot to deliver, #100-Tole Painted Chest = $15 + $5(furniture) + mileage fee. If this buyer bought 3 lots – 2 with smaller items, and 1 with this trunk, the fee amount would be the same $15+$5+mileage. Call Lea to process your credit card and schedule delivery.

d)    Delivery. All items will be placed as close to your front or back door as possible. We would prefer no interaction (like Amazon Prime). If raining, we will deliver on next clear day. Sorry, furniture will only be placed on ground level (will not haul to a 2nd floor apartment). Make sure your environment is safe. We will not be responsible for theft.

Need to schedule a pick-up on another day or time? We can do that! Just let us know and we will schedule another day to meet you at the warehouse. The following CASH fees apply: For up to 2 lots of small items - $10. For any furniture or more than 2 lots with small items - $20 or more based on space required. Remember – you need to pay your invoice on-time, even when planning to pick your items up later. Due to limited space, we cannot hold items for very long. 

**VIRTUAL CASH-N-CARRY STORE UPDATE**

We will try to post more items in our Virtual Cash-n-Carry Store before pick-ups. You can buy items and pick them up on Saturday, June 6th. Thanks for embracing this charity activity. We have donated $1250 so far to the KY COVID-19 Relief Fund. Did you get the idea – nothing is over $19!
